Instructions for requesting deletion of an Ibroxam account and associated data.

This page explains how users can request deletion of their Ibroxam account and associated data.
Ibroxam is an exam browser and school exam administration platform. Some accounts and data are managed by schools or educational institutions, while the platform owner manages the Ibroxam service.
How to request account or data deletion
To request deletion of an account or associated data, please send an email to:
support@ibroxam.id
Please include the following information:
- App name: Ibroxam
- Your name
- Your school or institution name
- Your registered email address, if you are an administrator
- Your student ID, if you are a student
- The type of request, such as account deletion, student data deletion, verification photo deletion, or activity log deletion
For school administrators
School administrators may request deletion of their administrator account and school-related data. Before deletion, we may need to verify that the requester is authorized to act on behalf of the school.
For students
Student data is usually managed by the school. Students or parents/guardians may request deletion by contacting the school administrator or by sending a request to Ibroxam support. We may coordinate with the relevant school to verify the request.
Data that may be deleted
Depending on the request and authorization, deletion may include:
- administrator account data,
- student profile data,
- device ID and device name,
- verification photo,
- exam activity logs,
- messages related to the student,
- school profile data where applicable.
Data that may be retained
Some data may be retained when required for legal, billing, security, audit, dispute resolution, or operational reasons. For example, payment records and limited audit logs may be retained for a reasonable period as required by applicable obligations.
Processing time
Deletion requests are usually reviewed and processed within 7 to 14 business days after the requester and authorization can be verified.
