These Terms of Service explain the general rules for using Ibroxam.
1. Service
Ibroxam provides an Android exam browser and web administration dashboard for schools and educational institutions.
2. School account responsibility
Schools are responsible for administrator accounts, student data, exam URLs, exam sessions, uploaded files, and exam policies configured in the dashboard.
3. Student data
Schools must ensure that student data is uploaded and used lawfully according to school policy and applicable regulations.
4. Exam monitoring
Ibroxam may record exam activity such as start, switch, return, finish, close, lock, unlock, messages, and timestamps. Schools are responsible for explaining monitoring rules to students before the exam.
5. Subscription
Free and Pro features may differ by quota, billing status, and feature availability. Pricing and feature limits can be updated by the Ibroxam owner through the application settings.
6. Availability
Ibroxam is provided with reasonable effort to maintain service availability. Internet connection, hosting condition, third-party services, and school exam platforms may affect access.
